A clone trooper unafraid to use more unorthodox tactics, Clone Captain Rex served with distinction throughout the Clone Wars, often fighting alongside exemplary Jedi Knights such as Anakin Skywalker. He viewed military service as an honour, and his loyalty to the Republic and his Jedi Generals was absolute.

Rex honed the use of twin blaster pistols into an art form, leading his fellow clones to victory on countless battlefields across the galaxy. In addition to being a hardened warrior skilled in both ranged and hand-to-hand combat, Rex strives to bring out the best in the clone troopers under his command. As a result, he often works closely with them to make coordinated movements and attacks that his droid counterparts are incapable of.

The Clone Captain Rex Commander Expansion contains everything you need to add this new commander to your Galactic Republic army, including an unpainted Clone Captain Rex miniature that can be assembled without his helmet, or with either a Phase I or Phase II Clone Trooper helmet. This miniature comes with Rex's three signature command cards that give him the power to issue orders to his fellow clone troopers, as well as five upgrade cards inviting you to unlock Rex's full potential.

The best Commander for any clone team 15 March 2021 | Michael
Rex has possible the best stats for any released ranged commander in the game. Amazing damage and the ability to mobilise majority of the team with his scouting party 2 ability. His 1 pip ability also allows him to fire support multiple times per turn allowing him to do minimum 3 attacks extra if running 3 phase one units.
He paints up very nicely for on table play or as a display miniature. Shipping and service was wonderful yet again. As returning customer I recommend darkstar for everything starwars!

Love this miniature it really captures Rex well.
And it has three heads phase 1 helmet, phase 2 helmet, plain head!
Great for a flexible build or if you want to chop and change your look.
