The galaxy's most ruthless bounty hunters enter Star Wars: Shatterpoint in this pack!
The clever and fearsome Cad Bane has built his reputation working for the Hutts and even Darth Sidious himself and this pack adds him to the game as a Primary Unit. Joining him are the deadly Aurra Sing as a Secondary Unit and a Bounty Hunter unit consisting of a Chadran-Fan, Todo 360, and a Devaronian as new Supporting Unit.
In addition to beautifully sculpted miniatures of these characters, this pack also includes all the Unit, Stance, and Order cards for players to make full use of them in Star Wars: Shatterpoint!
Cad Bane and Aurra Sing are a pair of bad-to-the-bone characters from the galactic world of Star Wars, infamous for being bounty hunters with some serious skills.
Let’s chat about Cad Bane first. This guy is a Duros, which means he's got this wicked blue skin and these piercing red eyes. He popped onto the scene in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series. People started whispering his name in fear after Jango Fett bit the dust, and boy, did he live up to the hype. He’s got this cool cowboy vibe with a hat that’s wider than a Hoth glacier, and he rocks some breathing tubes - you know, for those times when the air's not so fresh. Guns, gadgets, planning - you name it, Cad Bane's got it down. But he's no friend of the Jedi, always butting heads with them and causing chaos in the Galactic Republic.
Now, onto Aurra Sing. This lady’s got an eerie look with her ghostly white skin, alien-like fingers, and this techy implant in her noggin for storing all kinds of info. She had a quick cameo in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, but got to flex her muscles in Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series. She’s a sharpshooter, and man, she can fly a ship like nobody's business. But here’s the kicker - she used to be a Jedi Padawan! Yup, but she ditched that life. She's got some serious beef with the Jedi, probably because her past is as dark as a black hole.
So, Cad Bane and Aurra Sing crossing paths in The Clone Wars? Oh yeah, it happened. They're like a match made in bounty hunter heaven - or hell, depending on which side you’re on. They're both from the seedy underbelly of the galaxy and when they teamed up, well, let’s just say you wouldn’t want to be on their hit list. But don’t get too cozy with the idea of them as BFFs. These guys are lone wolves at heart. They'll team up if they need to, but don’t expect them to be sending each other Life Day cards.
Todo 360, is a techno-service droid and Cad Bane's side-kick. But Todo’s not just a one-note kind of droid; he's got layers. Sure, he helps out a bounty hunter, but deep down inside his circuits and gears, there's a bit of a soft spot. He's looking for companionship and purpose. He’s like that scrappy little underdog you can’t help but root for.
Devaronians are the guys you'd expect to see in the rowdy corner of a cantina, sharing tales of intergalactic shenanigans over a round of Corellian ale. With their devilish good looks - literally, they look like they stepped out of a holodrama about ancient myths with their horns and all - the Devaronians are a species you can't miss in the Star Wars universe.
As for the Chadra-Fan these little dudes hail from Chad, a swampy planet that’s got more moisture than a Dagobah marsh. Now, don't let their size fool you. These little critters have evolved to survive in their watery world, so they’re as tenacious as a Jawa at a droid sale.
One more thing, they’re tinkerers. Give a Chadra-Fan a hyperdrive and a spanner, and they'll either fix it or blow it up trying. They love dabbling in technology, even if they don’t always know what they’re doing. Some of them are genius inventors; others are just...enthusiastic.
