The Spartan box set is similar to the Recon box set, but with the following differences:

HALO History
HALO Flashpoint is based on the popular HALO video game which is set in the 26th century and follows the story of Master Chief, a cybernetically enhanced supersoldier, as he battles against the Covenant, an alien alliance, and uncovers the secrets of the Halo Array, a series of ring-shaped megastructures designed to destroy all life to stop the Flood, a parasitic alien species.
The HALO franchise was also turned into a TV series for Paramount+, which ran for 2 seasons. The series begins with Master Chief and his Silver Team intercepting a Covenant attack on the planet Madrigal. During this mission, Chief discovers a mysterious artifact that triggers flashbacks to his past, revealing his origins as a Spartan super soldier. The story explores the moral complexities of the Spartan program and the war against the Covenant. The first season received mixed reviews, praised for its action scenes and visuals but criticized by fans for its writing and deviations from the source material. The second season was generally better received, with critics noting improvements over the first.
